This Privacy Notice explains how the FUTURE MINDS consortium ("we", "us") processes personal data collected through the website future-minds.eu, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR").

Who we are

FUTURE MINDS is a project co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ programme, carried out by a consortium of partner organisations: the University of the Aegean (Greece), MobyX (Cyprus), CESIE (Italy), Sustainability InnoCenter (Sweden) and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Belgium).

What data we collect

• Contact form data: when you use our contact form we collect the name, email address and message you provide, so that we can respond to your enquiry.
• Technical data: anonymised, aggregated usage statistics may be collected to help us improve the website. Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.

Legal basis and purpose

We process contact data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

Data retention

We keep contact enquiries only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any follow-up, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, or to lodge a complaint, please contact us via the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

We are committed to ensuring that future-minds.eu is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. The platform aims to follow accessibility guidelines which align with WCAG 2.0 AA standards.
